How can I become a National Guard physician?

I'm only a junior in high school right now. I want to have a career as a doctor in the future, but I want to have the experience of serving as a doctor in the National Guard. Would I be able to enlist in the national guard right after high school, and go to college, and do medical school altogether and become a physician in the national guard? By that I mean is this how it works: I join the NG and train to be a physician in the national guard and also go to college at the same time right after high school
