I keep praying idk if its working ..?

i keep praying and praying and praying even wished on 11:11 for my little doggy martini . i accidently steped on her ); shes 2 lbs. she has bleeding in her lungs and if it doesnt stop shell die ! i prayed , made everyone wish for her . im not really realigous ,so idk if god will listen ... stepping on her is the same thing as a big dog being hit by a car . do i keep praying ? or just stop .. the vets calling us tommorow . im scared , sad , depressed );
