The skin on my lip is curling over my labret piercing. what do i do?

i got my labret pierced a few months ago. i clean it every day twice a day with denture cleaner. i also use the saline solution. i do smoke cigarettes. just a few days ago, i started noticing the swelling on my lip (inside my mouth) around my la bret piercing started getti ng a little worse and the skin is starting to curl over my piercing. how do i get rid of the swelling and curling skin?
