If you ask a girl to hang out with you, or to just spend time with you, and she agrees, does she like you?

A girl that I'm interested in and I have gone out to eat a few times, seen a movie together etc. She knows I'm into her. I asked her if I could see her again this upcoming week and she agreed. When I told her we should spend the lame nights being lazy together, she said, "thats a good idea :)". The way I rationalize it, a girl wouldn't spend time with you if there wasn't something about you she liked. Whether it be physical attraction, personality, etc. I could be wrong though, and I'm not very sure. Ladies: what is your standpoint? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
