Will this drink get me drunk enough?

I don't knwo much about hard liquors, Ive only gotten drunk with beer, I found this drink that has 21% alc by volume, it's called Club Gin Martini and it has 21% alc by volume, is that enough to get me at least really tipsy or drunk and will it last a long time since it is only 200ml (6.7oz)?
