How could the government gives more job opportunities to the people?

the only way to give out more jobs to its people, is to get rid of illegals and foreign "help", like China. That's the only way. But, of course, outside help is a lot cheaper, so why not keep it? It is a shame, but it will always be about money, and the less we spend on labor, the more we can keep.
