I have a huge birthmark?

i have a huge birthmark on my upper thigh. I dont feel comportable with it Because in middle school im going to need to start changing and i dont want girls to be seing my birth mark. hah and i dont want a ***!ng dermatologist to do anythiing unless i reeaally need it. it has been there since i was a baby its really annoying. and well idk i just dont want it to be seen .and its really big. its like idk juust biig help; me please :) thanks
