What kind of food should be served at my las vegas themed sweet 16?

Okay so my Sweet 16's theme is Las Vegas and I have No idea what to serve. I need ideas for appetizers, courses, and desserts. Oh! And drinks too! But there will be martini's and such for the adults, not the minors. And there will be drinks like that for the minors, just without alcohol so they can have a bit of imagination.(: So my mind is open for ideas and any little idea is taken! There will be about 90 guests so i have to think about quality and quantity too! Thanks a Bunch!!!(:
